These preliminary Terms describe acceptable use of MaterialsFinder. They are operational terms for product use and are not attorney-approved counsel language.

What MaterialsFinder is

• MaterialsFinder is an information and discovery platform that helps users find materials, services, and suppliers.
• MaterialsFinder does not perform construction, excavation, hauling, engineering, or contracting work on your behalf.
• Any purchase, hire, haul, dump, or service work is an independent contract between you and the supplier or contractor.

No professional advice

Content on MaterialsFinder — including search results, project ideas, planners, calculators, and capability labels — is informational only. It is not construction, engineering, legal, financial, environmental, or safety advice. Confirm site conditions, quantities, permits, and methods with qualified professionals and the supplier.

Supplier performance

MaterialsFinder does not guarantee supplier availability, pricing, quantity, delivery, pickup, licensing, insurance, bonding, quality, safety, legality, workmanship, scheduling, or project outcome. You must confirm all details directly with the supplier.

Prohibited uses

• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk exporting supplier or user data without written permission
• Automated abuse, flooding, or circumvention of rate limits or security controls
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent listing, claim, or report information
• Interfering with the platform, other users, or MaterialsFinder infrastructure

Limitation of liability

Preliminary — subject to legal review. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MaterialsFinder and NoBrainer Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from supplier performance, reliance on listing information, or use of discovery tools. MaterialsFinder’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to MaterialsFinder for the service in the three months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50), except where such limitation is not allowed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
